Meta | Presentation Design

Overview

I worked as a recruiter for Meta as part of the company’s Sourcer Development Program.

Challenge

I produced a training presentation about disability inclusion recruiting to present to our 25-person team. I collaborated with two recruiters to write the presentation and used my design background to optimize Meta’s in-house Google Slide templates to produce and present a compelling deck to our team. We used a combination of personal stories and interview strategies to train recruiters in how to connect with different types of job candidates, and ended the presentation with technical training on how to use Meta’s recruiting software for this task.

Outcome

The presentation was a noteworthy success. Our team was asked to present it to a larger team of 150 recruiters, and was used by 400+ recruiters throughout the organization. I was selected by senior management to produce additional presentations and videos to train the recruiting team.
